The answer to the first case is simple: You could either leave me a comment here, it'll get straight to my almost always on mailbox, or email me directly (see profile for my email) and depending on the urgency of it, I'll get back to you sooner or later (hopefully, the former but there's no warranty on that, I seem to have developed a case of Real Life™). Those of you who have my cellphone number can try their luck there.

In the second case, it's a bit tricky, given that I mostly never know how to define who I am. I'll give it a try though, just for you ;).( Here goes *rolleyes* )

I usually don't post much. Except sometimes I do, but really, that's only once in a blue moon. I try to avoid posting memes but they do happen once in a while.

I'm pretty open about everything, but there are some subject I won't change opinion on: religion (I'm a catholic-raised atheist), 'cest pairings, real persons stories. You're free to like those, or believe in whatever god(s)/superior being(s), but don't try to force your opinion on me. A) that will piss me off and B) is more than likely to get you removed from my friends/access list.
Outside of that? You're welcome to share whatever you like with me.

I was looking at Dreamwidth's core2 css and noticed something weird in the #canvas rule:

I think that 1.20- might be a remnant of a now unused css property.

I WROTE HALF A NANO NOVEL!

I, Poulpette of the lazy bum, great Queen of Procrastination and writer block wrote half a NaNo novel, ie more than 25000 words.

I am so happy right now. (even if I'm pulling teeth to write at the mo')

So I've entered the first round of sga_lims and here are my entries along with the variations I saved while working for the contest. The last week entry is totally unsatisfying for me, so I'm not surprisef it's been kicked out ;).

I always wondered what motivate one author to post a WIP.

As an avid reader, I read tons of books and fanfictions but I never had encountered chaptered and unfinished stories on the net before making the big step and start reading in english. In french there aren't many long stories (or I didn't found them) published in chapters, I know of one, which is more of a web series now. And when there are, they're usually complete. So when I faced an unfinished WIP for the first time, it hurt, badly. At first it shocked me, how can one write and publish something that isn't complete? I understand the need to write whaptered stories, not so much the desire to publish something unfinished.
As fanfic writer I cannot fathom not completing my stories before putting them online because I often twist things in my head while writing and more often than not I need to edit what I wrote in the past. So no WIP for me (and very little fanfic published too *grins*).
But you, what motivates YOU to publish them (if you do)?


Note: I read series of books which are as of now, not complete but I consider it a different matter, there's hundreds of pages in a book. And many books ^__^ it's more satisfying
